What lunverae is
lunverae is a small online store that sells one category of clothing: women's sweaters and cardigans. We do not sell shoes, accessories, electronics or anything else. The catalog is deliberately short, because every style on it has to be worth the page it sits on.
The store is operated by LUNARA BEAUTY LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado. Our registered business address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. That address is a registered office for company correspondence only. It is not a store, a showroom or a warehouse, and there is nowhere to visit us in person or to pick up an order. All of our business is done online and by email.
Where the goods come from and where they ship from
We do not manufacture anything. We buy from suppliers in China, and the goods ship to you directly from our partner's warehouse overseas. Nothing in the catalog is stocked in a warehouse in the United States. This is why delivery takes 11 to 17 business days in total rather than two days, and we would rather tell you that plainly on this page than let you find out after you order.
Import duties and customs charges on your order are already included in the price you pay at checkout. The carrier will not ask you for anything on delivery.
Brands in the catalog
Several of the sweaters and cardigans we sell were made by other companies and carry those companies' brand names on the label. We list the manufacturer's name in the Brand field of each product so you know exactly what you are buying. lunverae is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those brands, and all trademarks are the property of their owners.
How returns work
Returns are free for 30 days from the day your order is delivered, and we pay for the return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returned items go to our returns facility at 2460 Coral St, Vista, CA 92081, which is a fulfillment address for returns only and not a shop. The full rules are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

What we will not do
We do not print review counts we did not receive, stock numbers we cannot verify, or countdown timers that reset when you reload the page. If a claim is on this site, it is either something we can show you or something we have left off.
