What to include
- Order question: your order number and the email address you used.
- Return or exchange: your order number, which item, and the size or color you would like instead.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong: a photo. One photo usually settles it and we can send a replacement or refund straight away.
- Sizing question: tell us the measurements of a sweater you already own that fits, and we will tell you which size on the chart matches.
