Our position, stated plainly
lunverae does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. At the date of writing this site carries no advertising tags and no analytics trackers from third parties: no Google Ads tag, no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel. There is nothing to opt out of, because the sharing that this page exists to stop is not happening.
Why this page exists anyway
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. We would rather publish that right and tell you our position than leave you guessing. If we ever do add advertising technology to this site, this page is where the opt-out will live, and we will say so here before it is switched on.
How to record your preference now
Email support@lunverae.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and the email address you used on your order. We will record the preference against your record and confirm within 24 hours. You do not need an account and we will not ask you for anything beyond the email address needed to find you.
Shopify, which hosts this store, also provides its own opt-out form on the Your Privacy Choices page. Submitting that form sends the signal to Shopify directly.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request not to sell or share your personal information.
Your other California rights
You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and why, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not charge you, refuse you service, or give you a worse price for asking. The full list is on our Privacy Policy page.

An authorized agent may make a request for you. We will ask for written proof of the authorization and may ask you to confirm it directly.
