1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and telephone number, plus the contents of the order. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number, expiration date or security code.
When you sign up to emails: only your email address, given through the sign-up form in the footer of this site. We do not run SMS or text-message marketing and we do not ask for your phone number for marketing.
When you browse: our store platform, Shopify, records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, in order to run the site, keep your cart working and detect fraud. This is Shopify's own first-party analytics.
What we do not have: at the date above, this site carries no Google Ads tag, no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers of any kind. If that changes, we will update this page and this site will show a cookie consent banner before any such tag loads.
3. Cookies
The cookies on this site are the ones Shopify needs to operate the store: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and protecting against fraud and abuse. Because we do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without them.
4. Why we use your information
- To take, process, ship and deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and refunds.
- To send marketing email, but only if you asked for it.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with: Shopify, which hosts the store; our payment processor; our supplier and its warehouse, which need your name and shipping address to pack and ship the order; the carriers USPS and FedEx; our email service, if you have subscribed; and government authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently seven years. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA also gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you can still record that preference on our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page. Shopify also provides an opt-out form on the Your Privacy Choices page.
To exercise any right, email support@lunverae.com. We respond within 24 hours and complete the request within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address used on your order so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
8. Marketing email
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your own emails are not marketing and will still be sent.
9. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payment details are entered on our processor's secure checkout. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold card numbers, which removes the most sensitive data from the equation entirely.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. A material change, such as adding advertising trackers, will be announced on the site before it takes effect.
