1. What this page is

This page sets out the limits of what the content on lunverae.com claims. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not replace them.

2. Product information

Descriptions and specifications come from our suppliers and manufacturers. We check them for obvious errors and we remove claims we cannot support, but we cannot independently test every garment. If a description and the item you receive do not match, that is a fault we will fix: email us and the return is free.

3. Colors and photographs

Product photographs are supplied by the manufacturers. Screens render color differently, and knitwear in particular photographs lighter or darker depending on the lighting used. A color that looks slightly different in person is normal and is a change-of-mind return, which is still free for 30 days.

4. Brand names

Several products carry the brand names of the companies that made them, which we list in the Brand field of each listing. lunverae is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer for any of those companies. All trademarks are the property of their owners and appear only to identify the goods for sale.

5. Sizing

The measurements on each product's size chart image come from the manufacturer. Knitwear stretches and relaxes with wear, and individual garments vary slightly. Treat the chart as a guide, not a guarantee, and use the free return if the fit is wrong.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, health, legal or financial advice. We sell sweaters and cardigans. We make no claim that any item treats, prevents or relieves any condition.

7. Delivery estimates

The 11 to 17 business day window on our Shipping Policy page is an estimate based on how our shipments normally travel. Customs inspection, carrier backlogs, weather and public holidays can extend it. We will tell you if we know an order is delayed.

8. Availability

Products can sell out or be discontinued by the manufacturer between the moment you add something to the cart and the moment we pick it. If that happens we contact you and refund you in full. We do not display invented stock counts or countdown timers anywhere on this site.
