1. Who these terms are between
This website, lunverae.com, is operated by LUNARA BEAUTY LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, with its registered office at 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. In these terms "we", "us" and "lunverae" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders may only be delivered to an address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order. Shipping is $7.95, free once the order total reaches $60 after discounts. Import duties are included in the price. We do not currently collect US sales tax. 5. Brands and trademarks
Some products in our catalog are manufactured by other companies and carry those companies' brand names. We identify the manufacturer in the Brand field of each product listing. lunverae is an independent retailer: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer for any of those manufacturers unless a listing says so explicitly. All trademarks, brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods being sold.
6. Our content
The text and layout of this site belong to us and may not be copied or republished for commercial use without our permission. Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers and remain the property of their owners.
7. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can using the information our suppliers give us. Colors can look different on different screens, and knitwear measurements vary by a small amount between individual garments. Where a measurement matters, use the size chart image on the product page rather than the label size.
8. Shipping and returns
Delivery timing, coverage and costs are set out on the Shipping Policy page. Your right to return an item, and how refunds work, are set out on the Refund and Returns Policy page. Both pages form part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs inspection, severe weather and public emergencies. If such a delay happens we will tell you, and you may cancel an undelivered order for a full refund.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
